My family instilled in me the values of education and hard work, guiding my unconventional path and leading me toward an unexpected passion for design, construction, and eventually, project management in commercial real estate.

As an immigrant child from Haiti, I embraced the opportunities as a first-generation citizen, propelled by an unwavering commitment to learning and growth. Stepping into a world that wasn't familiar to many who looked like me, I found myself forging a path where diversity was scarce. This realization fueled my determination to advocate for community support and equity.
